We are looking for a qualified Financial Controller/Senior Controller with solid experience in consolidation, analytical work, and close collaboration with the CFO. The organization is in a phase of extensive system and structural development, making you a central player at a time when the right skills are crucial.

Start: ASAP or January
Contract period: 6–12 months
Location: Stockholm, City

The company is facing a major modernization effort where the reporting environment and system support need to be strengthened. Your role will be to ensure quality, stability, and structure in the group's financial flows while contributing to the implementation of a new consolidation tool.

Consolidation & analysis

• Responsible for the group's consolidation and related analyses
• Ensure data quality and refine large datasets into decision-making material
• Act as a sounding board for the CFO regarding analysis, structure, and improvements
• Produce clear reports for management

IFRS & financial reporting

• Application of relevant IFRS standards
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive reports
• Provide guidance on issues related to accounting principles and processes

System & implementation

• A new consolidation system has been procured and will be implemented
• You will play a key role in setup, testing, and customization
• Experience from previous implementations is highly meritorious but not a requirement
• You will work closely with the CFO and the team to get the system in place and functioning optimally

Note: The role does not include ongoing accounting. However, you need to have solid accounting skills to understand the flows and analyze the group structure correctly.

Has a background as a Financial Controller, Group Controller, or equivalent and experience in:

• Consolidation in a complex environment
• IFRS and group reporting
• Large datasets, advanced Excel, and structured analysis
• Close collaboration with CFO and management

• Used to handling a fast pace and change situations

Onboarding will take place immediately – the goal is to have the role filled and started before Christmas.
