About the assignment
We are currently looking for caseworkers for the Swedish Pensions Agency in Luleå. The assignment primarily involves customer service related to survivor benefits. Interacting with customers includes everything from contacting survivors, pensioners, pension savers, and other external parties via phone and email. The tasks may also involve administrative duties. You will receive training in the agency's systems when you start the assignment.
The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and last until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension until June 30, 2026. Working hours are weekdays between 08:00-16:30, excluding weekends. Employment rate: 100%. Location: Luleå. This is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia.
Your tasks
You will meet customers primarily via phone but also via email. The customer group consists of both children and adults, which requires a professional and empathetic approach. The tasks may also involve administrative duties through investigations and decisions in accordance with applicable regulations and processes. The assignment also includes the following:
- Contact with customers, authorities, organizations, and companies
- The caseworker must ensure that the agency's customers receive a fair and objective assessment in each individual case
- Handle and process various inquiries and simpler cases related to survivor benefits
- Ensure that those who come into contact with the agency receive a positive customer experience and a professional approach
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a service-oriented attitude and a good demeanor, are confident in working independently and solution-oriented, and are flexible, meticulous, and structured.
Your qualifications
- Higher education credits or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work with a clear customer focus
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Meritorious
- Experience in administrative duties through investigating and making decisions in cases
