Job Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, you are a central resource for administration, configuration, and support of HR systems. You work with personnel administration for all employees of the municipality and are responsible for:

• System administration of IT solutions within HR, e.g., HCM/HRM systems, recruitment, rehabilitation, and occupational health systems, as well as registry maintenance
• Management of user permissions and ensuring data integrity
• Technical support and training for HR colleagues and managers
• Participation in development projects and improvement work
• Ongoing personnel administration tasks
• Payroll calculation and payment of salaries as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in HR administrative work
• Experience in collaboration and support for managers/employees
• Digital competence and good knowledge of IT systems within HR
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• High school education with a focus on economics, IT, systems science, or behavioral science
• Education in personnel and/or payroll areas is an advantage
