Do you want to work in an engaged team where development and collaboration are in focus? We are now looking for a social worker for the Care Unit - Investigation and Follow-up Adult with a focus on addiction and harmful use.
Your mission:
The Investigation and Follow-up Adult team is tasked with ensuring that young adults, adults with harmful use and addiction, and social psychiatric issues who need support receive the assistance they need to live under safe and good conditions. We also have the task of working preventively against evictions and with social rental contracts. We offer a wide range of services based on trust and respect for people's knowledge, abilities, and willingness to take responsibility for their situation. The unit continuously captures the target group's need for support and develops new interventions when necessary. With us, competence and organizational development are in focus, and our employees are our most important resource. We primarily work based on the legislations SoL, LVU, and LVM.
The Investigation and Follow-up Adult team consists of a group manager, three team leaders, two housing coordinators, 18 social workers, and two senior social workers. The common mission is to ensure that those we serve receive the support they need and that our working methods maintain a high quality. We are currently in a phase where we have started a major development project. Group manager Åsa sees that the most important pieces to achieve high quality are the employees' opportunities to develop in their work as well as a good working environment.
Your tasks include investigating, assessing, making decisions, and following up on interventions in relevant areas according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on the Care of Abusers in Certain Cases (LVM) in a legally secure manner. We use ASI and UBÅT. Support is provided in close collaboration with the individual based on trust and respect for people's knowledge, abilities, and willingness to take responsibility for their situation. We offer a wide range of services such as supported housing, outpatient treatment, treatment homes, and SIG, among others. The unit continuously captures the target group's need for support and develops new interventions and working methods when necessary. We maintain a high quality in our processing and always strive to work evidence-based. The work requires a high degree of legal security and efficiency in processing and involves collaboration with both internal and external parties.
We have a family-oriented approach where we systematically coordinate around families that are or may become relevant for support interventions.
Is this you?
You have good collaboration skills and place great importance on providing a good reception, both internally and externally. We constantly work for a good working environment and therefore place great importance on personal suitability. You focus on the positive and on doing a good job for those we serve. The work is varied and requires the ability to be flexible and responsive to the individual's needs.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of current legislation, preferably with work experience in social services. You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues in the workgroup. As a person, you are flexible, structured, service-oriented, and have a respectful demeanor.

- A degree in social work
Your experience:
- Experience in authority exercise, preferably with the target group of adults with addiction issues
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
- Good documentation skills.
Meritorious:
