You will be working with a woman in her prime who has MS. This woman lives near Gröndal.

It is important that you have a genuine interest in the job as a personal assistant and an understanding of what the profession really entails, with the customer at the center.

This woman needs help with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and her daily activities. She enjoys cooking and taking walks with her dog, so it is important that you are not afraid of dogs or have any allergies to dogs.

We prefer that you are completely smoke-free as this woman is sensitive to smoke.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?

As a person, you should be responsible, calm, and prioritize your job and arrive on time. Of course, you can get sick like everyone else, but you cannot be someone who often misses scheduled work.

• A criminal record extract is required before the interview
• We are primarily looking for a night substitute, but day shifts may also be offered. Night shifts with on-call/waiting time 23:00-07:00.
• Evening and night shifts 17:00 - 07:00, Day shifts 07:00-15:00

HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Fixed base salary per hour + additional compensation. Collective agreement exists.

Permanent employment with fair conditions. Of course, you will receive an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start working.

Being employed at SAAND Assistans means security through a collective agreement, market-based salary, pension, and insurance coverage.

Wellness allowance of up to 3000 SEK.
