The preschools Sörgårdsvägen and Aslögsvägen have dedicated educators where language development and play are in focus. Now we are looking for you who, together with other employees, want to contribute to the best days at preschool for our children in the preschool area.

Preschool Sörgårdsvägen is a two-unit preschool with six educators working together with 32 children. At preschool Aslögsvägen, there are five units where 12 educators work together with 64 children.

Both preschools have a fantastic yard and are located in Solhem, which is part of the Solhem-Flysta preschool area with a total of nine preschools. Nearby, there are forests, green areas, and playgrounds that provide rich opportunities for play and learning in nature.

Your role

We are now looking for a childcare worker/meal assistant who can receive and serve food to the departments at preschool Sörgårdsvägen and a childcare worker/meal assistant for preschool Aslögsvägen. Some time may also be spent in the children's group.

As a kitchen assistant, you will assist with all tasks in the preschool's kitchen. You will receive food deliveries, serve food to the departments, and work independently with dishwashing and food preparation.

You will also be responsible for preparing breakfast, serving snacks, and handling the preschool's dishes. The position means that you take responsibility, work carefully, and follow the guidelines of the National Food Agency for self-control. You will also be involved in ordering food for the preschool.

As a childcare worker, you will work in the department for part of the day and perform the usual tasks of a childcare worker. This means that you will be with the children in their daily lives – both indoors and outdoors – and contribute to a safe, educational, and stimulating environment.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in restaurant/catering.

It is advantageous to have:

• Experience from kitchen work or preschool activities.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and has a genuine interest in both food and working with children.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability, motivation, and commitment to the position.
