About the assignment

As an assistance officer, you meet people at different stages of life and make assessments based on the Social Services Act. The work is varied, and we have a division between areas – but since we are a smaller group, you will have the opportunity to develop a secure breadth in your profession. You are never alone: we work together, think together, and support each other when needed.

We are in a time of development, where the preventive perspective and holistic view are becoming increasingly central. Here you will be involved in shaping the future working methods.

We are looking for someone who

• has a degree in social work, behavioral science, or a relevant higher vocational education, or another background that the employer assesses as equivalent
• has experience with LSS case management
• is empathetic, analytical, and confident in meeting people
• appreciates close collaboration but works independently and in a structured manner
• thrives when taking responsibility and contributing to development
• is flexible

Experience with LSS and/or social psychiatry is an advantage.
