About Avizion Finans Avizion Finans is one of Sweden's fastest-growing finance companies. We specialize in corporate financing, debt collection, and accounting. Since our inception in 2019, we have grown at a record pace and today we have around 30 employees with offices in Gothenburg (head office in Gamlestaden), Stockholm, Jönköping, and Malmö. We are now looking for more dedicated customer service representatives to join our team.

About the job We are looking for a customer service representative who can become the "spider in the web" and ensure customer experiences at Avizion Finans. In this role, you will be a key contact for customers and handle a variety of inquiries via phone and email. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and good teamwork skills. You will be part of a team of 3 customer service representatives who collaborate and support each other.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming phone calls, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring calls are forwarded to the right person. If necessary, take messages and ensure prompt feedback.
• Monitoring incoming support cases and ensuring they reach the right person within the company.
• Sending welcome letters and customer information to new contractual customers.
• Registering and checking invoices and archiving new agreements.
• Assisting with booking conferences and other administrative tasks as needed.

Who you are: We prefer that you have experience in customer service and working in a role that requires both independence and collaboration. You are comfortable with a fast pace and enjoy working towards goals. You speak and write fluent Swedish, and have excellent communication skills. It is important that you have a positive attitude, are meticulous, and organized.

Start date according to agreement.
