ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Customer Activation Manager, you will have an important role in Lease a Bike's continued growth journey. The role is broad and combines customer activation, onboarding, and data-driven work – with the goal of getting more users to discover and use the platform. You will primarily work with small and medium-sized businesses and drive activation towards this customer group in close collaboration with the company's Customer Success Manager.

Your responsibilities include planning and executing activation campaigns, following up on conversion, and proactively working to increase engagement and usage of the service. You will ensure that the customer journey runs seamlessly by optimizing flows, creating relevant communication in HubSpot, and contributing to the development of their digital processes.

You will closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and support, becoming a key force in developing how Lease a Bike works with activation moving forward. The role offers a varied and fast-paced everyday life with great opportunities for those who thrive on combining analysis, creativity, and practical execution.

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in data-driven customer activation, preferably with an e-commerce-like approach.
  • Familiarity with working in CRM systems with automated digital flows (preferably with HubSpot).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign logic.
  • Experience analyzing and following up on customer data.
  • Business acumen and understanding of conversion and how activities drive results.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

It is a plus if you have experience from SaaS companies or e-commerce, preferably in roles where you have worked with data-driven activation, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
