About the role

In addition to the parking areas that we own or lease, we have also been entrusted by various municipal landowners to conduct parking operations, which we call Business Partners. This enables more people to use our digital parking services under the brand Parkering Göteborg, and we can use the city's space in the most efficient way.

As Customer and Business Manager, you will be responsible for several municipal companies and administrations' parking solutions. Your task is to develop, maintain, and optimize the business - while ensuring that the parking customer has a smooth and positive experience.

The role is both operational, analytical, and strategic, and you will work closely with colleagues from several functions in the company and collaborate with contact persons at the business partner. You will be a cohesive link that ensures we collectively achieve our goals and create a holistic experience for both customers and business partners.

You will be part of a team of seven people within the Marketing unit, who together are responsible for the ongoing business. Here, we work closely together, support and inspire each other, brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and develop our working methods collectively. Your responsibilities

  • Work to ensure that parking and related services create a good experience for the customer and a sustainable business result for your business partners.
  • Build, develop, and nurture relationships with the business partner through active networking to create trust and gain a genuine, deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Be the contact person in operational matters such as changes, start-ups of new areas, or development of existing ones with the business partner.
  • Analyze data such as occupancy, outcomes, and product mix, and compile reports that you, the team, and business partners use for decision-making.
  • Ensure that contracts are adhered to, initiate actions and improvements within the contractual framework, and suggest further changes when necessary.
  • Coordinate and create internal conditions for different functions in the company to meet the business partner's needs and expectations.
  • Collect, describe, and convey needs to executors - whether it concerns communication, technical installations, line painting, or IT development.

Your profile

You are a person who listens, collaborates unpretentiously, and helps where needed for the group to succeed. You are aware of your strengths and weaknesses and are happy to seek support from colleagues to achieve the best possible results. A genuine interest in customers and their situations is a given for you.

We believe you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role and an economic or business-oriented higher education, or equivalent education.

You possess both strategic and operational skills and are confident in:

  • Understanding the business's strategies and priorities, seeing the whole picture, and translating knowledge into practice to achieve goals.
  • Working analytically, identifying patterns, and preventing problems.
  • Following up on business development and driving improvements.
  • Listening to others' perspectives and engaging in dialogues with openness and respect.
  • Identifying problems early, raising them in the team, and driving solutions forward.
  • Acting proactively and flexibly based on changing needs.
  • Building trust and conveying energy and clarity in your dialogues.
  • Building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals.
