Your role as Kitchen Specialist

For you, communication, coaching others, and achieving results are driving forces. You enjoy building good relationships and taking on various tasks each day. In the role of Kitchen Specialist, you will educate and coach in sales and product knowledge and be a key motivator to achieve the best results in your product area. Creative solutions and attention to detail are qualities you possess, which contribute to offering customers the best kitchen solutions from you! The kitchen display always looks top-notch when you are on duty, and you have no problem working independently. Flexibility and being close to operations are required; you participate and act in daily work and are a role model for others.

As a Kitchen Specialist at Elgiganten, your personal qualities and motivation are the most important. You are responsible for the kitchen area, and your task is to use your specialist skills to build trust within the team and with customers who need support in this important purchasing process. You love to develop, help others grow, and achieve your goals, and of course, have fun while doing it!

Experience in kitchen and appliance sales is an advantage in this role but not a requirement. We will provide you with the knowledge and training required as a Kitchen Specialist during your introduction, all to ensure your success and enjoyment with us.
