About the Role
As an inside sales representative at Fronteq, you are the customer's reliable point of contact and ensure that their needs are met in the best way possible. You primarily work with existing customers and handle incoming orders via phone, email, and the company's e-commerce platform. The role is broad and varied – you are both an administrator, coordinator, and sometimes the face of the company during customer visits or trade shows. The role also includes some flexibility – for example, you may need to stay overnight during customer visits or trade shows, about once a month. You also have the opportunity for hybrid work, which provides flexibility in your daily routine.
Your main tasks include
- Receiving and managing customer orders via phone, email, and the e-commerce platform.
- Ensuring that prices and information on the platform are correct.
- Maintaining close communication with the production unit and creating effective routines together.
- Visiting existing customers as needed to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinating simple marketing activities, e.g., updates on social media.
- Participating in planning and preparations for trade shows and events.
- Contributing with solution-oriented thinking in daily work.
About You
We are looking for someone who is structured, social, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You are the one who says, “We can fix that!” and sees opportunities where others see obstacles. You have a basic technical understanding, preferably related to machines such as excavators or wheel loaders, and enjoy being part of a team where collaboration is key.
We believe you have
- Good computer skills and the ability to handle digital tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction machinery or similar.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license B.
It is a plus if you also have
- Experience in customer service or inside sales.
- Interest in marketing and social media.
- Experience in simple administrative work related to e-commerce.
