About the role
Do you want to help shape the future of property technology? At Amido, you have the chance to work in a fast-growing PropTech company with the market's leading platform for access and authorization management. As part of our Customer Success team in Gothenburg, you will be a key person in providing our customers with safe, simple, and effective support.

The role is suitable for you who are technically curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with customers. You will be an important part of our delivery and support team – with the goal of making every customer experience as good as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage support cases via phone and service desk
  • Register and begin troubleshooting technical issues
  • Help customers get started with our systems
  • Work proactively with customer satisfaction and technical guidance
  • Collaborate with development teams and delivery projects
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements

Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe you are communicative, pedagogical, and analytical. You enjoy problem-solving, are structured, and have a natural sense of service – both internally and externally. You are comfortable in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school or post-secondary education, or equivalent experience
  • Has an interest in technology, digital platforms, and customer service
  • Wants to develop in a role that combines technology and customer contact
  • Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team
  • It is an advantage if you have experience with:
  • Case management systems
  • Application support (as a superuser or admin)
  • Microsoft SQL, networks, or Windows Server
  • Access systems such as Aptus, RCO, or similar

This is an entry-level position suitable for you who have recently started your career. We place great emphasis on your willingness to learn and develop with us.
