About the role

As a project leader for our client, you will drive purchasing, production, and quality issues towards suppliers as well as internally for the Supply Chain and Production departments. You will be the link between development, purchasing, production, and our suppliers. You step in when the design is ready and take the project further towards industrialization. The role is both strategic and very hands-on — here you get to be close to the product, follow it through the entire process, and ensure that everything is in place on time.

You will, among other things:

• Lead and coordinate activities throughout the project flow
• Work closely with our suppliers — ensure that requirements, changes, and deliveries are followed up
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and understand how products are assembled
• Follow up timelines, manage deviations, and ensure progress
• Have a close collaboration with colleagues in purchasing and production.
• Be present in production as needed to check flows and solutions
• Support ongoing purchasing issues related to the project (not contracts/negotations)
• Establish structure in a company where much is developed and improved continuously

You will primarily step into a larger ongoing project where you will replace the current project leader who is going on parental leave. There is an operational purchaser who handles order placement and SAP – your role will be to coordinate, drive, follow up, and ensure that everything is connected.

We are looking for someone who

Is a team player who can create order in complex projects with many involved. You are used to working cross-functionally and thrive close to the business. You also feel confident in driving products from development to production and understand both the product, the supplier, and the project process — and you like when things happen.

In summary, you need to have:

• A university degree with a technical focus
• Several years of project experience — preferably within product or production development
• Previous responsibility for parallel tasks in projects with short timelines
• Experience working closely with suppliers and external parties
• The ability to understand technology, solve problems, and drive issues to completion
• Structure, clarity, and a natural drive forward
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

Regulatory understanding within Medtech: experience with ISO 13485, FDA requirements, and GMP.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment for an initial 6 months via OIO, with the possibility of extension.

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week, office hours.
• Start: Immediately - latest possible start in January.
• Location: Mölndal.
• Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
