We are now looking for two junior colleagues who want to be part of our growth journey. You will join our Real Estate business area, which focuses on working with property companies and consists of a wonderful team of about 40 employees. As a Junior Accounting Consultant, you will initially work with the accounts payable flow, creating a solid foundation for your continued development with us. You will be responsible for the supplier process for our various clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will work closely with your colleagues and receive strong support from other accounting consultants working in accounts payable. You will learn all aspects of accounts payable to quickly grow into your role as an accounting consultant with us. There are many career paths available, and this is the start of your journey! The position initially includes the following tasks:

• Management of invoice flow in various systems
• Handling reminders and collection requests
• Involvement in the payment process towards clients
• Providing our clients with a secure response, answering their questions, and ensuring that everything related to accounts payable runs smoothly
• Management of emails, mail, and administration of company records and archiving of supplier materials
• Actively working to digitize our processes
• Assisting with other administrative tasks within finance

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a recent graduate with a post-secondary education in finance from a university
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an extra merit if you:

• Have a post-secondary education focused on accounting or property economics
• Have previous experience working in accounts payable through internships or summer jobs
• Have previous experience in a service role
• Have previous experience with Fortnox
