About the Position On behalf of our client, Wrknest is looking for an engaged rental agent for a real estate company characterized by drive, pace, and entrepreneurship. The role is part of the marketing team and involves overall responsibility for leasing and revenue optimization of rental apartments, student housing, storage units, and parking spaces. Here, you will experience a workday where your own initiative is encouraged, and you will be involved in developing the rental process. 

This is a consulting assignment for six months with a chance of extension. 

Your Future Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue within your portfolio by renting out apartments and associated spaces. You will be with the customer every step of the way, from the first contact until the key is in the door.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for renting out apartments, storage units, and parking spaces
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the rental process
• Analyze and optimize revenue within your portfolio
• Contribute with improvement suggestions and streamline work processes
• Actively work towards achieving set rental goals

We are looking for someone who has

• Post-secondary education
• Relevant work experience
• A passionate interest in the real estate industry
• Good knowledge of Excel

Meritorious

• Knowledge of rental law
• Experience with the property system Momentum

You are a person who takes responsibility, has a structured working method, and is solution-oriented in your daily life. You are meticulous in your work and have a strong focus on service – both towards customers and colleagues. Most importantly, you are curious and willing to learn.
