Omsorg Assistans is now looking for a flexible and solution-oriented substitute coordinator for 50%. We offer an important and varied role where you can contribute to safety, quality, and continuity for both customers and assistants.

About the role

As a substitute coordinator, you will serve as a support function to our office staff during times when our office is closed. The role primarily involves on-call duties, but also includes active work with staffing/substitute placement in our assistant groups. The work can be done remotely, but requires availability by phone and email to assign assistants to vacant shifts. You are a crucial function in ensuring that our customers' assistance operates around the clock. The role involves close contact with both assistants, customer managers, and customers.

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for staffing in our assistance assignments
• Handle urgent vacancies and absences
• Maintain ongoing contact with assistants and customers
• Administrative tasks related to staffing

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination – preferably within assistance or care
• Is structured, stress-resistant, and thrives in a role where the pace varies
• Has good communication skills and is comfortable interacting with both staff and customers
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys thinking one step ahead
• Has good computer skills and finds it easy to learn new systems

Scope

• On-call: every other week
• Working hours during on-call:
• - Mon-Fri 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• - Sat-Sun 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
