We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist who wants to take full responsibility for the payroll process and be a stable partner in our continued growth. The position is based at our office in Segeltorp.

As a Payroll Specialist with us, you will be responsible for payroll management from start to finish and ensure that everything runs smoothly for our employees. You will work in Crona Lön and have a broad role that also includes personnel administration and contact with both employees, managers, and authorities. The role suits you if you enjoy variety, take great personal responsibility, and like to work closely with the business.

Payroll and HR administration:

• Payroll management from start to finish for unionized employees and executives

• AGI reporting

• Handling of FORA

• Administration towards Collectum

• Personnel administration and ongoing handling of questions from employees, managers, and authorities

• Application of collective agreements within the security industry (meritorious)

• Reconciliations and payroll-related reporting

• Payroll preparation in Crona Lön

Finance-related tasks:

• Invoicing reported hours from Intelliplan via Fortnox (once a month)

• Accounts payable

• Receipt and expense management in Fortnox

• Reconciliation of payroll accounts

• Preparation of VAT reporting

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has worked with payroll management from start to finish and has a very good understanding of the components involved – such as AGI reporting, handling of FORA, and administration towards Collectum. You are structured, meticulous, and confident in your assessments, and you thrive in a role where quality and order are central.

You work independently, take responsibility for your deliveries, and are accustomed to contact with both employees and authorities. If you also have experience with the collective agreements of the security industry or have worked in Intelliplan, Fortnox, or Crona Lön, that is a clear advantage.
