Ozoneair continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced project manager with strong skills in content production for our marketing department. We are looking for someone with a solid background in marketing and communication, who enjoys creating structure, driving projects independently, and contributing creatively by producing engaging content. You will work closely with both creators and decision-makers and be a key person in the development of our marketing efforts.

About the role

In the role of project manager and content creator, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, planning, and following up on marketing projects from brief to delivery
• Coordinating internal resources, external agencies, and creators
• Ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets in each project
• Working data-driven by monitoring campaigns, analyzing results, and driving improvements
• Independently creating content such as copy, articles, ads, social media material, and other marketing units
• Contributing creatively to concept development and ensuring that messages and tone are consistent
• Supporting other production of marketing materials as needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4–6 years of experience in project management within marketing/communication
• Clear experience working data-driven and making decisions based on insights
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and creative teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Practical experience in creating marketing content, e.g., texts, ads, digital material, or campaign content

Meritorious

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge in copywriting – writing engaging and persuasive texts
• Experience in native advertising and content production for digital channels
• Experience in digital campaign production
• Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, or performance marketing teams
