Job Responsibilities
In the role of salesperson at Ponova, you will work closely with the market and drive the entire sales process from start to finish. You will be responsible for building and developing business within infrastructure and construction, focusing on water and sewage, road culverts, geotextiles, geonets, and related products. The work involves both strategic and operational efforts: from following up on Traffic Agency procurements and identifying new business opportunities, to nurturing customer relationships and ensuring that projects are delivered at the right level. You will work independently but with support from experienced colleagues, and you will plan your days based on what the business requires. The role suits you if you thrive when given the freedom to influence your own sales and create long-term collaborations with customers.

Your main job responsibilities:

  • Sales of water and sewage, road culverts, geotextiles, geonets, and other products in Ponova's range.
  • Monitor and work with Traffic Agency procurements and more technical product areas.
  • Drive both new and existing customer relationships within the contracting, construction, and industrial segments.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop the business in the region.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute your work independently with support from experienced colleagues when needed.

Experience in technical sales within the contracting, construction, or industrial sector is meritorious, as is knowledge of Traffic Agency procurements, technical documentation, or project sales. A background in construction or land, or equivalent technical competence, is also a plus. The most important thing is that you have drive, technical interest, and enjoy building both new and existing customer relationships.
