The Sorgenfri Health Center is centrally located in Malmö and has a good team spirit. Here we work for better health and quality of life for our patients in a multicultural area by offering good accessibility and high competence.

We have specialist doctors in general medicine and resident doctors who work with the support of nursing assistants and medical secretaries. We also have district nurses and specialist nurses with their own specialist clinics. Psychologists and a social worker are also part of our team. A dietitian is linked to the operation, and we collaborate closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists located at Abels Rehab at Möllevångstorget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a nurse to our team at the Sorgenfri Health Center.

With us, you will work with common nursing tasks within primary care such as triage reception both via phone and scheduled visits on-site. You may also have your own nurse-led clinic depending on your previous experience and education. The job responsibilities also include telephone counseling, sample collection, and assistance to doctors during various examinations.

At the health center, we actively work for the development and results of the operation, where we see you as an important part of it. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction based on your specific competence and experience, as well as continuous professional development.

The position is a fixed-term employment from 2026-01-01 to 2026-08-31.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply are a licensed nurse with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale are a requirement. Previous experience in primary care is an advantage for the position.

As a person, you have a good patient approach and a strong patient focus, and you are solution-oriented. Additionally, you are confident as a person and meticulous in your professional role. It is also important that you are flexible regarding the varying tasks that may arise during a day at the health center. You contribute to our good work environment with your engagement and positive attitude, focusing on providing the best quality of care for our patients. We also see that you want to actively work for the development and results of the operation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability!
