We are now looking for two more dedicated personal assistants who want to make a difference for our client in Gråbo (Lerum municipality) and contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for a 26-year-old girl . She has extensive care needs and communicates with assistive devices. Even though she does not speak, she understands everything that is said. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish is an important part of the job, to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and ensure that everyday life runs smoothly. The work requires commitment, responsibility, and stability – but it also gives you the opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's life. As her assistant, you ensure that everything works, handle unexpected situations with calm and professionalism, and contribute to a meaningful and safe environment for the person you assist.
--->The position includes two part-time positions at 60% active time. The work involves day and evening shifts, awake nights, and night on call. On-call time is in addition to the stated employment rate. You will work in double assistance and need to be a team player who can collaborate.
Who are you?We believe that you:
- Have a natural caring ability and see the little extra.
- Have previous experience in personal assistance or training as a nursing assistant – meritorious but not required.
- Have a driver's license and your own car – meritorious, but bus connections are available for those who do not have access to a car.
- Stable and responsible: Takes responsibility for everyday life and handles situations with calm and professionalism.
- Physical and flexible: Can assist with transfers and practical tasks safely.
- Communication: Experience or interest in alternative communication; good Swedish in speech and writing.
- Personal chemistry and humor: Positive and warm approach, creates good working relationships.
- Non-smoker: Contributes to a healthy and pleasant working environment.
- Start date: Immediately.
- Employment rate: Includes two part-time positions at 60% active time each. On-call time is in addition to the stated employment rate.
- Agreement: Introduction shifts and about a month's hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided everything has gone well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
- Work shifts: Day and evening shifts, awake nights, and night on call, including weekends.

Recruitment process & Employment conditionsRecruitment processWe continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which can happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, together with the client, and any relatives, guardians, or other parties involved. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record check is always required.
