Night Assistant Wanted for LSS Operations

We are currently looking for co-leaders who want to work night shifts in an assistance case within our LSS operations.

Your Role

As a personal assistant in Grästorp municipality, you are a genuine team player with great commitment and drive. This is clearly reflected in your ability to find solutions to both small and large issues – you want to make a difference.

This means that you should be genuinely interested in meeting our care recipients with warmth and engagement to create conditions for them to grow and develop based on their own motivation and will. You will pedagogically support the user in achieving meaningful activities and leisure, as well as establishing social contacts according to the user's needs.

You will be responsible for planning, implementation, and continuous follow-up. Social documentation takes place in the digital journal system Life Care.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a care and nursing education focused on disabilities or another educational background with a pedagogical focus or similar that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience in disability operations is an advantage. You should be calm, patient, resourceful, enjoy working independently, and not be afraid to make your own decisions. A valid B driver's license is required for this position.
