Co-leader in Personal Assistance

We are currently looking for a co-leader who wants to work in personal assistance within our LSS operations.

Your Role

In the role of personal assistant in Grästorp municipality, you are a genuine team player with great commitment and drive. This is clearly reflected in your ability to find solutions to both small and large issues – you want to make a difference.

This means you should be genuinely interested in meeting our care recipients with warmth and engagement to create conditions for them to grow and develop based on their own motivation and will. You will pedagogically support the user in achieving meaningful activities and leisure as well as establishing social contacts according to the user's needs.

You will be responsible for planning, implementation, and continuous follow-up. Social documentation is done in the digital journal system Life Care.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a healthcare and social care education focused on disabilities or another education with a pedagogical focus or similar that the employer assesses as equivalent. Previous experience in disability services is an advantage. You should be calm, patient, resourceful, enjoy working independently, and not be afraid to make your own decisions. A B driver's license is required for the position.

Information
