About the Job

We are now looking for two personal assistants for a 6-year-old boy with disabilities.

The job involves qualified care and everything that occurs in the daily life of a child, such as personal hygiene, assistance with activities, and during transfers. It also includes helping with other interventions, such as physiotherapy and providing support for daily basic needs.

Working as a personal assistant is a fun and varied job where you provide social support and together with the user perform and participate in various activities both inside and outside the home based on their wishes and needs.

Working hours vary between the positions, with one scheduled for day/evening with every other weekend duty, while the other is scheduled for evening/night with every other weekend duty.

Qualifications

We require that you are a trained nursing assistant.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, structured, and has good knowledge of care. As a personal assistant, you need to have patience and be able to meet the user in their needs and daily life. You should also enjoy a flexible job as we coordinate our resources among several users.

Communication regarding medication, working according to implementation plans and routines, as well as documentation are some of the daily tasks, therefore it is required that you can make yourself understood verbally and in writing in Swedish.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

As there are pets in the home, you must be tolerant of furry animals.

A B driver's license is required so that you can take trips with the user. For the position, you also need to have Bank-ID.
