RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant in our cycling home care group, you are an invaluable part of our clients' daily lives. You cycle between homes and meet people where they are, with care, respect, and a smile. Your work is varied and filled with human encounters:

• You provide personal care and assist with everything from morning routines to evening tasks.
• You create security through conversations and social support, and are often the most important visit of the day.
• You perform household-related services such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking, always focusing on the clients' needs.
• You handle medical tasks according to delegation and are attentive to changes in health status.
• You document your work digitally and collaborate with colleagues in care and support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other education that the employer can assess as equivalent. From July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, which means you need to have a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to be titled as a nursing assistant.

We prefer that you have previous work experience in care and support. You have good knowledge of social documentation and the ability to teach this knowledge to colleagues. The role of a nursing assistant requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are accustomed to using a computer and comfortable handling a work mobile with relevant apps. Since we transport ourselves by bicycle, you need to have good physical ability and experience cycling in different weather conditions.

A B driver's license for manual cars is an advantage.
