Welcome to the field of psychiatry, rehabilitation, and habilitation! Our mission is to offer all residents of Kronoberg County specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors both within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. The units for children and youth cater to children and adolescents under 18 years of age. The operations have clinics in Ljungby and Växjö, as well as an emergency service in Växjö. Continuous development work is ongoing at the clinic, and our operations are characterized by a strong focus on high-quality care. We are now looking for a nurse who wants to be part of our continued work in developing Region Kronoberg's child psychiatry forward in Växjö. Are you our next colleague?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At the clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams where you, together with other professionals, meet children and adolescents in need of specialized child psychiatric care. You will work both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. As a nurse with us, you will primarily work with medication follow-ups, assessments, psychoeducation, and telephone counseling. This position is currently primarily focused on working with children and young people diagnosed with ADHD. In addition to clinic work, you have the opportunity to work remotely part of your workweek. The work also involves close collaboration with, for example, schools and social services. The job also requires the ability to build good relationships with the child's/youth's parents.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply should be a trained nurse, and we prefer that you have further education as a psychiatric nurse or pediatric nurse. Experience working in psychiatry and/or with children and adolescents is desirable and meritorious. You should have a good ability to work both independently and in a team.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is desirable.
