You will be part of a competent and cohesive team consisting of district nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, AT doctors, BT doctors, psychosocial resources, rehab coordinators, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

We have several established specialist clinics, such as geriatric clinic, asthma/COPD clinic, diabetes clinic, and hypertension clinic. Here, you as a doctor have the opportunity to both work clinically and help develop our specialist clinics based on your expertise and interests.

Teamwork is key. Continuity in primary care cannot rest on just one person – therefore, teamwork is central to us. All professional categories share a common responsibility for ensuring that the patient is well taken care of. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist doctor with us, you will have a varied workday where you meet patients of different ages and life situations. You will among other things:

• Be involved in the development of our specialist clinics.
• Contribute to a health-promoting and preventive approach.
• Supervise training doctors, including AT, BT, and ST doctors.
• Work with both acute and chronic conditions, as well as participate in improvement work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed specialist in general medicine. You have good collaboration skills, are solution-focused, and have a genuine interest in the breadth of primary care. You enjoy working in a team, are structured, and have an easy time communicating with both colleagues and patients.
