Welcome to the area of psychiatry, rehabilitation, and habilitation! Our mission is to offer all residents of Kronoberg County specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. We want to create good conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment from the best possible competence.

The integrated substance abuse and dependency reception is aimed at individuals aged 16 and over with defined harmful use and dependency issues regarding alcohol, drugs, medications, doping, or gambling. We meet individuals from primary care, patients with psychiatric comorbidity, and also conduct LARO (medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence). The goal is to provide these individuals with the best possible care based on their specific needs, regardless of where in the county they live. Within the reception, we are co-located with the social services' outpatient care.

We have a well-structured interprofessional team at our reception and collaborate well with external actors regarding our patients based on their care needs. In our development work, as part of the transition to close care, you will be an active participant. With us, you will become part of a pleasant workgroup with an open climate. We care for each other and strive for good treatment within the staff group as well as towards all our patients.

The collaboration team is organized under the integrated substance abuse and dependency reception and currently consists of a nurse, caregiver, and team doctor. As a resource to the team, there is also a social worker and psychologist. The team is tasked with supporting, caring for, and treating patients with comorbidity and poor adherence to care and treatment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At the reception: As a therapist with us, you will work with reception work that includes conducting motivational work, treatment interventions, and testing. You will have your own patient contacts, but always have the team behind you for support and reflection. There is a lot of collaboration with other units within specialist psychiatry for children, youth, and adults, as well as other actors in the patient's network.

We offer you the opportunity to help shape the reception within harmful use and dependency care together with engaged and competent colleagues.

In the collaboration team, the team's working method is based on a case management mindset. You will meet patients in their local environment and provide support based on needs with the goal of improving the individual's quality of life. This occurs in close collaboration with other actors in the patient's network. Regular nursing work is involved. The team meets patients throughout Kronoberg County. Solo work occurs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are, for example, a caregiver, treatment educator, occupational therapist, or have other equivalent education that the employer deems relevant. Experience working with psychiatric issues as well as harmful use and dependency issues is considered meritorious, as is knowledge and experience of working within/with social services.

As a person, you are flexible, engaged, and have a great deal of patience. You enjoy being part of a team but can work independently and structure your work. You are keen on having a good attitude in all situations.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license is a requirement. Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record must be presented.
