Ljungberga is a special accommodation in the Kungshögen area. Ljungberga has several departments divided into special accommodation, short-term accommodation, and respite care, as well as a Meeting Place where various activities and social interaction are offered. The schedule includes day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant at Ljungberga, you are responsible for person-centered care for individuals so that their abilities and independence are preserved. In addition to regular care tasks, responsibilities also include medication management, contact with relatives, meaningful activities, and performing daily and rehabilitative interventions to help individuals maintain and/or improve their activity and functional abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing assistant, preferably with a broad competence in dementia or psychiatry.

It is desirable that applicants have extensive experience in elderly care and possess high flexibility and a broad delegation basis.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people, focusing on a salutogenic approach and a daily and rehabilitative perspective. We place great importance on personal suitability, job satisfaction, teamwork, and collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Everyone does their best for the whole, for the individual. The work places high demands on personal responsibility and initiative. Good documentation skills are required. We also place great emphasis on practical knowledge of low-arousal responses.

Driver's license. Computer skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
