Nurse/District Nurse for Home Care

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse in home care, you will work with patients in both regular and special housing as well as within LSS.

You are responsible for leading and developing the medical care work, conducting independent medical assessments, and performing medical treatment and care interventions. The role includes mentoring and training care staff. You will also have close collaboration with health centers. The work is team-based.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse or district nurse.
• Has good computer skills.
• Has a B driver's license, as travel by car is included in the position.

You have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work. We value a holistic view, good collaboration skills, flexibility, responsibility, and good communication skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Experience in home care or municipal health and medical care is an advantage.

Employment Conditions

Number of positions: 2.

Employment form: Permanent employment, full-time.

Working hours: 38.25 hours/week, day, evening, and weekend.

Start date: By agreement
