At the Ingelstad Health Center, we offer comprehensive and cohesive care, with the patient in focus, and high accessibility for our 5,300 registered patients. We work for continuity and accessibility as guiding principles and strive to create secure care relationships.

We are a smaller team of 15 people, a great bunch that works together to create a positive work environment through joy and development. We are committed to training new colleagues in all professions and share our knowledge to learn from each other. We are proud to be a well-liked health center for our training doctors, and we are dedicated to creating a good educational environment. We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable nurse or district nurse who wants to become part of our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse or district nurse with us, you will work with standard tasks within primary care, such as telephone counseling, appointment scheduling, outpatient work, and vaccinations. You will meet patients with different needs and contribute your expertise in both acute and planned care contacts.

You will also have the opportunity to work at our emergency medical center, where we are available for our citizens during evenings and weekends. We are several who share the assignment and offer a special introduction to ensure you feel secure in the role.

Since we are a smaller health center, collaboration is an important part of our daily work. We work in teams and believe that we are strongest together.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

• Licensed nurse or district nurse. If you have experience from primary care or elderly care/dementia, it is an advantage.
• You are engaged, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in meeting people in various life situations.
• You are flexible, cooperative, and enjoy taking responsibility and contributing where needed.
