On the medical ward 3, we have 18 beds that accommodate all internal medicine diagnoses but focus on cardiology and stroke/neurology. We work in teams based on the patient's needs and resources. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you are responsible for the patients on our ward and will have the ultimate responsibility for their well-being. This means that you carefully monitor their medical parameters, conduct patient examinations, and ensure that all medical interventions are appropriate and effective. Through close collaboration with nursing assistants, doctors, and other professionals in healthcare, you ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment.

Your role extends beyond medical responsibility, and as a leader within the team, you are also involved in leading and motivating your colleagues. Together with them, you participate in rounds and contribute to the dialogue both internally and externally, for example with the municipality, to ensure a cohesive and effective care chain.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in hospital care, which is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person, we see you have a positive attitude and see opportunities rather than obstacles and have a strong commitment to your work. Since our workload can vary, it is important that you are flexible and can work in a structured and methodical way even in stressful situations. A good approach and a focus on the patient are natural for you and characterize your daily work.
