Therapist for Psykiatripartners Children and Youth in Växjö and Ljungby

Exciting things are happening at Psykiatripartners! We have clinics in Falun, Motala, Mjölby, Växjö, Ljungby, and Malmö, where we develop and provide outpatient-based Child and Adolescent Psychiatric specialist care and intermediate care. In Kronoberg, we operate two Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinics on behalf of the region under the Vårdval BUP. Psykiatripartners is also part of PBM Sweden AB, which became part of Kry in the autumn of 2021.

About the position We are growing and are now looking for a CBT therapist for our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinics in Kronoberg. The role of a therapist with us means working independently with assessment and treatment of patients. The work also includes collaboration with schools, social services, and other stakeholders. There is an opportunity to combine this with digital remote work.

Our team consists of psychologists, doctors, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. We offer specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, investigation, and treatment for children aged 0-17 years. The care is provided according to an agreement with Region Kronoberg, meaning the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a trained nurse, social worker, or have equivalent education. CBT Level 1 is a requirement. Experience from child and adolescent psychiatry is an advantage. As a person, you are positive, secure, and empathetic, with the ability to organize your work effectively. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic view with the patient's needs in focus. You have a good demeanor and thrive in an environment where you can work independently while contributing to a strong team.
