We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist to join Tingsryd Municipality.

Municipal Rehabilitation consists of a positive, welcoming, and solution-focused team with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and assistive device technicians. Together, we create an operation with both experience and competence. With us, you work in multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, case handlers, area managers, and nursing staff.

We operate from shared premises in Tingsryd, where our assistive device warehouse is also located – with a fantastic lake view from most offices.

The work areas are geographically divided within Tingsryd's beautiful surroundings, in both ordinary and special housing. The operation is in constant development, and we work towards "Good and Close Care." We have a MAR (Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation) and regularly conduct rehabilitation training for assistant nurses and care assistants. Our manager is often on-site, decision-making paths are short, and the climate is open and supportive.

We use the Cambio Cosmic journal system, the same system as Region Kronoberg.

Job Responsibilities

• Assessments, training, and treatment.
• Prescription of mobility aids.
• Mentoring and training of nursing staff.
• Varied work with both independent initiatives and team collaboration.

We are looking for you who

• Are confident in your professional role or wish to grow into it – we offer mentoring for recent graduates.
• Have a good ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Are flexible, collaborative, and creative.
• Have experience with elderly patients (merit).
• Have a B driver's license (requirement).

Employment Type

Temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

Great consideration is given to personal suitability, collaboration skills, flexibility, and creativity. Experience working with elderly patients is a merit. A B driver's license is a requirement.
