The Medicine Clinic in Ljungby offers specialized care in internal medicine and neurology. In the medical department, we have 18 beds that accommodate all internal medicine diagnoses, with a focus on cardiology and stroke/neurology. We work in teams based on the patient’s needs and resources. With us, you will experience variation and a broad knowledge base. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse, you are responsible for the patients on our ward and will have the ultimate responsibility for their well-being. This means you carefully monitor their medical parameters, conduct patient examinations, and ensure that all medical interventions are appropriate and effective. Through close collaboration with nursing assistants, doctors, and other professionals in healthcare, you ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment.
Your role extends beyond medical responsibility, and as a leader within the team, you are also involved in guiding and motivating your colleagues. Together with them, you participate in rounds and contribute to the dialogue both internally and externally, for example with the municipality, to ensure a cohesive and effective care chain.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse, and it is an advantage if you have experience in hospital care, but it is not a requirement. As a person, we see that you enjoy collaborating and contribute to a safe and positive work environment. You have a stable and stress-resistant demeanor, which allows you to maintain structure and work methodically even when the pace increases.
You have a positive attitude, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and have a natural solution focus in your work. A good approach is a given for you, and you always work with the patient’s needs at the center. Your flexibility and commitment make you an important part of the team.
