Nurses for Växjö Municipality, Summer Assignment

Assignment Period: Week 24–32/33Location: Växjö MunicipalityScope: 100 %Working Hours: Day, evening, and weekend

Do you want to combine a rewarding assignment with summer in beautiful Småland? We are now looking for engaged and independent nurses for home care in Växjö Municipality. You will work within municipal home care where you are responsible for standard nursing tasks such as assessment, planning, and follow-up of patients' care in their home environment. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals to ensure safe and secure care. Documentation is done in the Cosmic journal system.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has at least two years of experience in the profession
• Has experience in home care
• Has a B driver's license for manual transmission
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Further education as a district nurse is an advantage

This is a perfect assignment for you who enjoy independent work, want to make a difference for patients in their home environment, and at the same time experience summer in Växjö.
