JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for more nurses to join our home care team for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

You will work with planned and urgent interventions, such as assessments within home care both in special housing and in ordinary housing. The work within home care involves standard nursing tasks, but also a large part of advanced home care and end-of-life care.

You work based on a person-centered approach with the individual in focus, where the team with other professionals is important. You will be assigned patient responsibility where relationship building is an important part of creating security and trust.

The work is varied and stimulating, and you plan your shifts based on planned and urgent interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training such as district nursing or elderly care. You are confident in your role as a nurse and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We value qualities such as good communication skills and a positive attitude. You are flexible, responsible, and can maintain focus in stressful situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
