In primary care rehabilitation, all rehabilitation resources in public primary care are gathered. Here, we work as physiotherapists, psychosocial resources, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators. Together, we are responsible for rehabilitation and treatment of physical and mental illness at the county's public health centers.
We are now looking for an engaged physiotherapist for Sigfrid Primary Care Rehabilitation. At Sigfrid Primary Care Rehabilitation, we are a team of nine physiotherapists working in a pleasant and inspiring environment. By being a larger work group, we have good conditions for development while also giving us great opportunities to help each other. With us, you will work in a very fine work environment that gives you good conditions to thrive and develop.
We are looking for both newly graduated and experienced physiotherapists. For those new to the profession, we offer an extensive introduction program, a competence development package, and mentorship so that you can develop together with experienced colleagues. Even for those with several years of experience, we prioritize continued competence development and the development of the professional role. For example, we have physiotherapists who perform injection treatments and the opportunity to refer for X-rays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
With us, you will meet patients with a wide variety of complaints, and as a physiotherapist, you are often the first point of contact for patients with issues in the musculoskeletal system. The work is independent, but you always have colleagues close by for consultation, support, and collaboration.
In addition to individual assessments and treatments, you have the opportunity to work with group training/treatment and patient education.
You are also an important part of the health center's rehabilitation team and active in the patients' sick leave process.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed physiotherapist. If you have experience in primary care work, we view this as an asset, but we also welcome those who are at the beginning of their professional career.
As a person, we see that you are stable and feel secure working independently while also seeing the value of collaborating in teams around the patients. Furthermore, we also see that you are solution-oriented and work with the patients' best interests in focus.
