We are looking for a Preschool Assistant, 100%, permanent position

We are seeking a qualified preschool assistant for our daycare, catering to children aged 1-5 years. Experience working with groups of children is preferred. If you are trained in Montessori pedagogy or have worked with this approach, we consider it a plus.

You are confident in your adult role, possess strong pedagogical skills, understand the diverse needs of individuals, and can meet each child’s needs individually. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner while being adept at building and maintaining relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.

You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent employment starting on February 17, 2025.
