The Elderly Administration in Haninge municipality is responsible for elderly care. We work to create a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life for our residents.
The administration is focusing on improving contract follow-ups and both operationally and strategically combating welfare crimes. We are now establishing a new position as a contract controller in the Elderly Administration.
The support and development unit provides coordinated support to the elderly committee, management, and the core operations of the administration. Here, among others, investigators, security coordinators, quality developers, administrative assistants, and auditors work. The assignment also involves collaboration with other contract controllers in the municipality.
Your assignment
As a contract controller, you play a key role in driving quality and development work within the administration, with a particular focus on contracts and welfare crimes. You are an important support function in follow-up, analysis, and development – with the goal of improving services for our target groups and ensuring that political goals are achieved.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing and improving the administration's processes, routines, and work methods, as well as providing support and advice to managers and colleagues in procurement, contracts, and welfare crime.
- Processing, analyzing, and summarizing statistics, reports, or similar within contracts, purchases, and conducting spending analyses.
- Participating in relevant networks, monitoring the external environment, and contributing to competence-enhancing efforts within the administration.
- Preparing decision-making materials for the committee and management.
- Handling incoming assignments from the committee and management.
- Leading development assignments based on the committee's goals, e.g., reviews, internal audits, and digitization.
You will also contribute to other tasks within the unit as needed.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in law, economics, or another relevant academic field
- Good knowledge of legislation such as LOU, LOV, and contract law
- Experience in writing professional reports, investigations, and presentations
- Experience in contract follow-up and analysis of framework agreement compliance
- Experience in working against welfare crimes
- The ability to plan and structure work with contracts and quality follow-up
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in public procurement
- Worked in a politically governed organization
- Driven development work and process management
- Broad knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines within the social services area
You are structured, self-driven, and have very good digital skills.
