About the Job

Do you want to guide students from job dreams to dream jobs? We are looking for someone with experience and/or currently working in warehousing and logistics. You enjoy working in a team, and it is important that you have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. We prefer candidates with experience in training or leading work and have good knowledge of the profession. A B driver's license and forklift certifications for A and B are required, along with extensive driving experience, to be able to train in forklift operation. A teaching degree/teaching experience is a merit.

Your personality is characterized by good collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to create good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. You promote a learning and innovative climate and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important guiding principle for you. As a vocational teacher in the field of warehousing and terminal, you are responsible for ensuring that students undergoing training achieve the goal of being able to work in their vocational field.

Movant has been working with vocational training aimed at adults in Lund, Kristianstad, Helsingborg, and Malmö for nearly 15 years, which means long experience and a well-functioning organization.

What We Are Looking For:

The work takes place during daytime hours, and access to a car is required as some follow-up of workplace-based learning is included in the position.

To be considered for the position, you need to have:

• Relevant education
• Several years of experience in the industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching experience for adults or from high school
• Teaching certification
• Leadership training and experience in leadership
• Business networks for acquiring APL and apprenticeship placements

Employment Type: Part-time/Probationary employment for 6 months followed by a permanent position at 100%
