We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, about 40-80%, during afternoons/evenings on weekdays and every other weekend with an adventurous and humorous boy who needs a calm and pedagogical approach. The boy has significant care needs and requires assistance with everything from toilet visits and hygiene to activities during the afternoons.

As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job where the day can include everything from everyday tasks and care to accompanying on outings and events. 

The job involves supporting and motivating the client throughout the day. The boy's days should be filled with activities such as visiting swimming pools, listening to music, practicing words, numbers, and songs, taking walks, and playing.

As a person, you need to be positive, humorous, organized, used to taking initiative, patient, and passionate about helping others.

Experience in personal assistance or care work is preferred but not required; the most important factor is personal chemistry. The job includes some heavy lifting, so you should have a good basic fitness level and feel comfortable handling bodily fluids.

You must be non-smoking (requirement) and it is required that you have a driver's license and access to a car, as the boy may be in another location where public transport is not available. Your age should be around 25-45 years, and for communication between you and the client to work, you must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is desirable that you have a long-term perspective on your employment and that you can work extra when needed.
