Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who match the following:

• wants to work with a 27-year-old man living in Örebro
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• has good knowledge of Kurdish or Turkish
• is tolerant of pets, a cat is present in the home
• is smoke-free
• has good physical fitness and can perform heavy lifts

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 75%. The job involves working in the evenings, on weekdays, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately.

Being employed at Humana
