Substitute Teachers for Kumla's Preschools, After-School Programs, and Schools

Right now, we need substitutes for our outer areas in Kumla, so it is important to have a driver's license and access to a car. We also need substitutes who can work inconvenient hours on weekends, nights, and evenings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be an important extra person for our children in Kumla's preschools, after-school programs, and schools. You will help and support the children in their development and spark their curiosity and playfulness.

In preschool and school, you will always have the children in focus, which means you should have a good overview of the group of children both indoors and outdoors. You should always wear appropriate clothing for outdoor activities and enjoy being outside for play and exploration regardless of the weather. Your regular colleagues have the pedagogical responsibility, but as a substitute, you should be able to work with all tasks, from being in the child group to assisting with meals, dressing, and communicating with guardians during drop-off and pick-up.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

• a high school diploma
• good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• you must be at least 18 years old

It is an advantage if you have:

• previous experience working with children, preferably in preschool, after-school programs, or schools, or other educational activities or other experience that the employer deems suitable
• some form of pedagogical education, ongoing or completed
• a B driver's license and access to your own car
