We are currently looking for an administrator on behalf of our client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2025-12-10 and last until 2026-06-30 with the possibility of extension. 

About the assignment The organization has the overall responsibility for ensuring that everyone living in or visiting the area has access to a well-developed, easily accessible, and reliable public transport system. The assignment includes preparing and implementing decisions regarding the direction and scope for a long-term sustainable public transport. It also involves responsibility for managing and monitoring traffic operations and ensuring the functionality, safety, and value of the infrastructure. Every day, more than 700,000 people use public transport, including travel by subway, buses, commuter trains, and local trains.

To succeed in this assignment, you need to be a skilled administrator driven by creating order and structure. You are resilient and meticulous, and experienced in providing administration related to business with many stakeholders involved. To thrive in this role, you need to be a clear communicator and diplomat with a strong personal drive.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Post-secondary education, with a focus on economics and/or administration
• At least 3 years of work experience in administrative roles within companies, with multiple stakeholders
• At least 2 assignments in project-based administration, with clear deadlines and the establishment of written documentation and systematic reporting
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• Work experience from at least one (1) previous assignment focused on business with contract compliance.
• At least one assignment and work experience within public operations
