In this role, you will work closely with both the local IT team and the global security organization. Your focus will be to strengthen the security of the infrastructure, drive improvements, and ensure that the environment is robust, stable, and adheres to established security standards.

You will, among other things:

• Implement and improve security configurations according to CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001
• Support local teams in matters related to cybersecurity and compliance with policies
• Participate in audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests
• Manage incidents in collaboration with SOC, such as malware, suspicious logins, and privilege escalations
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Work in VMware environments with provisioning, resource management, and maintenance
• Contribute to operations, incidents, change management, and projects related to security hardening

This is a role with both practical technical work and responsibility for security-related improvements.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Basic understanding of security principles such as least privilege, network segmentation, authentication, and encryption
• Experience with patch management and working with vulnerabilities
• Experience with VMware and PowerShell
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience from industrial or production environments
• Familiarity with OT systems
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security Plus, Microsoft, or ISO 27001
• Experience with SIEM tools and incident management
