At Charlie, we are continuously looking for new customer service representatives for various assignments at Teleperformance located in Solna, Stockholm. In the role of customer service representative, you will respond to incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with everything from payments and invoices to technical issues and troubleshooting.

• Is service-minded and enjoys solving problems
• Has good communication skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has a completed high school diploma
• Can work full-time
• Experience in the service industry is a plus

The positions are 80-100% and you will work varying hours within customer service opening hours on both weekdays and weekends.
