We are now looking for several hourly substitutes as support staff for our team at Nytida Brynnkällevägen. We offer a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is an hourly substitute, where you step in as needed. About Brynnkällevägen Brynnkällevägen is a group home in accordance with LSS 9§9, for young adults. It is a newly built single-story villa with 6 apartments and common areas. There is a work group of 9 regular staff and nearly 10 substitutes. It is a wonderful work group that has a good sense of humor. Relatively new, as we started in August 2024. We have 6 residents, and they are individuals with various disabilities including autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and some physical disabilities. It is a fantastic group of people to work with and also presents some exciting challenges. Some routines are still not fully established, which is something you need to be comfortable with. There is free parking outside, and if you come by bus, the nearest stop is Klareberg. The unit is located close to nature with a view of Angeredsbron. About the role In the role of support staff, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work towards making each day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. The working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, awake nights, and sleeping on-call.

You will have a coordinator close to you who works part of their time in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in care and social services or other equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
