Job Description We are now looking for engaged customer service representatives for Ziklo Bank (formerly Volvofinans Bank) who have experience in service and customer contact and are passionate about achieving high customer satisfaction. Perhaps you are a recent graduate looking to enter the banking world, or you have experience in customer service and are looking for your next challenge?                          You will be part of a team of dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues who strive together to achieve good results. The position begins with an introduction to create the best possible conditions for you to succeed in your role. We are looking for someone who is responsible, humble, and meticulous. It is also important that you are a team player who is engaged in your work. Working hours are scheduled during the day, weekdays. The position starts on December 15.        As a consultant, you will be employed by Amendo and leased to our client. Job Responsibilities - Assist and provide the best possible service in phone calls with the company's customers, partners, and resellers - Administrative tasks related to customer matters - Handle various issues such as invoice inquiries, car financing, and credits for guidance in the app and digital wallets - Create added value for customers by offering additional services to deliver an even better experience and service Qualifications and Attributes We are looking for someone who: - Has completed secondary education - Has fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Has good knowledge of the MS Office suite - Has previous experience in a service-oriented role

You are self-driven in your work while being a team player and want to contribute to spreading good energy and are motivated by working in a goal-oriented environment. As a person, you are empathetic, positive, flexible, and respectful in your interactions with both customers and colleagues.
